As the Employment Rights Bill makes its way through Parliament, the Living Wage Foundation wishes to learn more about how insecure work affects people's lives.
This session will bring together up to 16 members of Homecare Voices with two team members from the Living Wage Foundation, forming part of a broader listening campaign. The aim is to hear directly from those affected by insecure work, building on previous work by the Foundation to improve pay and income security in social care.
Participation will help shape the Living Wage Foundation and Citizens UK's advocacy activity around the Employment Rights Bill. Your contributions will also help shape the next stages of the Living Wage Foundation's work on Living Hours, a scheme designed to address insecure work.
