Who are we?
Homecare Voices is a free-to-join, not-for-profit peer support network and advocacy body run by and for over 650 homecare workers throughout the UK. Our objective is to contribute to a better, fairer and kinder model of care and support in the UK.
How do donations help?
In recognition of the low income status of our members, we do not charge membership fees. This means we depend entirely on donations, grant funding and partnership working.
Your support ensures
Homecare workers have somewhere to turn when the pressures of their role feel overwhelming
There is a network of homecare workers committed to supporting people in your community to the highest standards of relational care
People who live and breathe the 'frontline' of homecare day in, day out, get a seat at the table in national conversations about the future of adult social care
What our members have to say...
“Welcome to our safe space ✨😊, vent, chat or read along. I've found it so helpful so far"
"Finally, somewhere for support and encouragement without asking for payment from cash strapped carers. Yes please!"
"Homecare Voices has literally changed me as a person. I've grown in confidence and come out of my shell a lot more. I would never have spoken in meetings and things and now look at me. I've met some amazing people along the way and used a voice I didn't know I had!"
"Research opportunities have rescued me financially 💃"
"For the first time in a long while I've been able to smile and it's because of you and this platform you created"
