Help future-proof a peer support network for lone-workers who support elderly and disabled people in your community every single day.

How do donations help?

Our not-for-profit, community-led peer support network is based on voluntary engagement from our members, including a small team of part-time homecare workers who volunteer on a regular basis.

Aside from this we only have one paid member of staff (our founder) who earns a modest wage to keep all plates spinning. We'd love to be able to grow this core team.

Alongside staffing, we need to be able to cover essential costs like those associated with running this website, insurance, accounting, travel expenses, venue hire for in-person meetups and - crucially - our Service User Involvement (SUI) budget. The SUI budget pays members to attend relevant external events such that the voices of more homecare workers may be heard.
