Homecare Voices is a not-for-profit peer support community run by and for domiciliary care workers. We take immense care when producing and checking each and every True Hourly Pay report. We therefore kindly ask for a minimum donation of £5 to help support our community.

Please note, our True Hourly Pay reports are designed for domiciliary care runs where you are paid for contact time only.

IF you were paid for contact time, travel time and waiting time of up to 60 minutes between care visits; OR you were paid for the full run of visits on a shift-basis i.e. from the time the first visit began right through to the time the last visit ended; then your true hourly rate of pay should be the same as your contracted rate of pay ✅️
