Pay information

Did this run take place before or after 1st April 2025
Before
On or after
Were you paid for contact time only (the time you spend at visits)
Yes, I was paid for contact time only
No, I was paid for contact time and travel time (but not full gaps of up to 60 mins)

Please note, our True Hourly Pay reports are designed for domiciliary care runs where you are paid for contact time only.

IF you were paid for contact time, travel time and waiting time of up to 60 minutes between care visits; OR you were paid for the full run of visits on a shift-basis i.e. from the time the first visit began right through to the time the last visit ended; then your true hourly rate of pay should be the same as your contracted rate of pay ✅️

Run information

Enter the start and end times of your care run below.

Please note that scheduled gaps of 60 minutes or more legally count as unpaid rest breaks from work. Any gaps of 60 mins + will result in the calculation being divided into into multiple 'runs'. If all gaps are 60 mins +, we will be unable to produce a True Hourly Pay Report.
